Jackdaw
There’s a Jackdaw flying fast towards me at Crime Lake:
What a bird!
It’s hard for me to be motivated to take photographs of Jackdaws ever since I took this fly-by portrait at Dove Stones Reservoir:
And seeing them in the ancient Italian city of Matera, where they nest in their thousands, couldn’t be replaced:
And seeing one pick up a discarded sweet at Beachy Head was very special:
But every experience is special, and so is every living thing:
So I capture it anyway.
