Playful Lion

There’s nothing more fulfilling in wildlife photography than having an animal be completely relaxed in your presence. Seeing a lion having a little roll around, scratch, tail flick and back rub next to me is right up there with my all-time fulfilling moments.

I’m thrilled it was so close and also relieved that it was clearly not as hungry as it might have been.
