With Marsh Harriers, however, you can never be quite sure. Some adult males have female-typical plumage and are ‘stealth’ males. They are able to sneak into a territory, present a female with food, and then mate with the female without arousing the suspicion of the male because of their female plumage disguise.

Sneaky.
