It’s a two-colour layered papercut of Goosegrass, Galium aparine, using the world renowned Hahnemuhle and Fabriano Tiziano 160 gsm papers.
Lockdown has given me time to observe, to appreciate the natural world and to create art. I’ve been wandering the fields, hedgerows and industrial estates with a digital notebook full of ideas inspired by nature. Then I’ve come back home and sketched and created this first two-colour papercut.
Only available until the end of September 2020. If you’d like one for your wall, I’m happy to make one for you, only for the next month. I’d like to move on and create new and interesting work after then.
