Tea time
A successful foraging trip is always a joy.
Back in the kitchen we clean and sort them:
Penny Buns, Boletus edulis
Saffron Milkcaps, Lactarius deliciosus
Hedgehog Fungi, Hydnum repandum
Chanterelles, Cantharellus cibarius
I can see fresh mushrooms with pasta and a delicious mushroom omelette in our very near future.
