Pica pica

There’s a Magpie family at Dawlish Warren.

It’s beautiful sunlight and a good opportunity to appreciate their iridescence.

It’s also an opportunity to practise exposing a bright white and dark black bird in bright light to see if I can retain the highlight and shadow detail.

Looking at this, I’d say it was ‘achievement unlocked’.
