There, There, My Deer
There are Fallow Deer at Powderham Castle in South Devon. It’s not really a castle, with a motte and bailey, but more a fortified manor house.

I can either look over the wall into the Grade II* listed grounds or I can pay for the privilege of seeing the land the owner’s ancestors stole from us. Inherited wealth on this scale is an affront.
It’s such a beautiful day outside the walls I think I’ll stay here and appreciate nature.
