Iridescent clouds

The clouds are like the insides of shells today. There’s a beautiful mother of pearl effect on the edges of the high clouds:

It’s quite intense, with magenta and cyan hues:

The sky is dark blue behind and the effect is magical.

Being outdoors all day with a 360 degree view gives you a different appreciation of the wonders of the sky. What is life without time to lie and stare at the sky in wonder and contemplate the chance that gave me this exact moment to appreciate it?
