Dusky Puffballs at Emsworthy Mire

There’s time for a quick trip to Emsworthy Mire on Dartmoor and I’m delighted with the Dusky Puffballs there.

Their scientific name is Lycoperdon nigrescens. They grow on heathland, so that fits.
