Star Starling
When a Starling flies by I always take notice. They are spectacular birds, either on their own or in flocks of thousands in breathtaking murmurations. This one is giving me a double thumbs-up.

Their precision when flying and landing is extraordinary considering the size of their brain and the processing power needed to control their flight, judge the distance and pitch it perfectly.

Does it expect a round of applause? It’s better than any circus act.
