Grey Wagtail, not Yellow Wagtail
There’s a movement on the River Medlock at Daisy Nook Country Park. It’s constant; a wagging tail and a fluttering of wings means it must be a wagtail:

Grey Wagtails are such bright and beautiful birds. That slate grey head with the white eye stripe, the black bib and the bright canary yellow breast all combine to give a very distinctive plumage.

If I only had an extra few hours I might be able to get close.
