Mediterranean Gull

Gull identification isn’t my favourite subject. There are too many plumages which seemingly overlap. My mind ties itself into knots as I look from screen to book to screen again, or switch between browser windows.

I do, however, feel more confident in identifying this immature Mediterranean Gull, though.

The reason? Somebody told me what it is.
