Wild majesty

There’s a spot on the coast of Westray that I return to again and again. A rock shelf reaches out into the ocean and causes the waves to break in wonderful, expressive shapes. Backlit by the sun, turquoise highlights and purple shadows move so quickly it’s impossible to experience them with the human eye.

There’s a sense of wild majesty for us to experience.
