Gone fishing

There’s a Northern Gannet, Morus bassanus, flying past. Their wings are very much in the centre of their body.

We wait and one decides to dive for fish. It shows how important their stiff tail feathers are for aerobatic control.

I’m going to sit here and watch them now.
