I’m exploring the north coast of Scotland and it’s stunning. The weather has been wonderful, the people are friendly, the roads well maintained and the scenery is world-class.

These ripples on the beach look like tractor treads. That’s yet another inversion of the metaphors, as I use an example from our human world to explain a phenomenon in the natural world. It should be the other way around.
