A Nuthatch has arrived at Daisy Nook. It’s hungry after a cold night.

Just look at those claws. No wonder it can hang upside down on tree trunks.

It’s amazing how much they are willing to compromise their safety for a few seeds when hunger takes hold of them. If only they knew that they’re safe with me.
