The Chocolate-Headed Gull in breeding finery

There’s a Black-Headed Gull, with its chocolate-coloured-head, above me, in all of its breeding finery.

I wish it well, but silently. I don’t want the people around me to know that I’d talk to birds if they weren’t here.
