Robin with sparkles

This Robin is having a quiet wing-droop moment on a branch in front of a Holly bush. The out-of-focus highlights from the glossy Holly leaves make an enticing sparkly pattern behind it. I play with the aperture of my lens to get just the right sized highlights – they’re called bokeh – and then capture the scene.
