The social distancing walk

We’re in the middle of the South Devon countryside. It’s going dark. It’s been a pleasant walk but it’s getting a little chilly. As we stand in the field, taking in the scene, a family appear with a dog. Some might include the dog in the definition a family.

What’s that large lump to the right?

It’s a steer. They’re practising social distancing.

So are we.
