An attendance register in the loft

Looking around in the attic for traces of mice, signs of leaks and some understanding of why TV reception is so poor I found an brown-with-age thick piece of paper sticking out from under the depth of the loft insulation. It’s the front cover of an attendance register.

My house used to be the Skelwick Academy School on Westray. This register is from the County Council of Orkney Education Committee. I’d love to know what year it is from – there’s a strong Arts & Crafts style to it – and if someone has a completed one I could see, that would be lovely.
