Intelligent Sheep
I’m wandering up to the cliffs at Noup Head to take some photographs of the Gannets. I decide not to when I see a small flock of sheep perched precariously near the edge. I don’t want to spook them and see the farmer’s income go diving off a 60 metre cliff.
That leads me to thinking: Humans have been breeding sheep for over 10,000 years. Why, in all that time, have we still not managed to breed any intelligent ones?
