The Ministry of Vulture Walks

Griffon Vultures have a most curious walk. It’s a high-stepping display walk with neck and wings outstretched. It looks ridiculous, as well as impressive.

I think this one needs to pay attention and look where it’s going.

What a privilege to spend two full days with them in the Rhodope Mountains of Bulgaria..
