A Buzzards’ nest

Seeing a Buzzard land on a nest fills me with hope. There’s the possibility of the pitter-patter of tiny Buzzard feet this summer. I believe Buzzards make several nests so this may not be the one they use. If I disturb them at all it certainly won’t be the one, so having discovered it, it’s time for me to stay well away and to get the binoculars out from a distant vantage-point.

I’ve not taken a photograph of a Buzzard I’m happy with yet, so I may be spending some time at a safe distance hoping for a flyover. After seeing a rollercoaster display I’m hoping for more. After all, the longer you spent outdoors the luckier you become.
