Coal Tit at Crime Lake

I can hear a Coal Tit squeaking in the tree above. I’d love to get a photograph of it. Then I spot it flying towards the Bulrushes:

It’s such a delicate bird and is working the seeds so quickly I can hardly see what it is doing. I wonder whether it’s eating insects buried under the fluffy seeds or whether it’s gathering nesting material.
