Black Headed Gulls at Fen Drayton Lakes

Many of my favourite birds to observe are common. Black Headed Gulls are:

They have been nesting at RSPB Fen Drayton Lakes and fly, making a racket, over my head:

Their evolution has resulted in breathtaking streamlining and colouration:
