Walking along the Bay of Tafts I’m sad to see the body of a Gannet. Its fragile ribs and delicate feathers are perfectly clean. Google gives me over 40 million suggestions for a search on ‘How to clean bones.’ The real answer, however, is that Westray does it better than any YouTube tutorial.
