Spotted Redshank

We spotted Spotted Redshanks a few days ago:

This time I manage to get a shot of one flying.

If only it was flying towards us rather than away.

Then it settles and I finally get a good view of it:

Its scientific name is Tringa erythropus. Doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue, does it?
