Screaming Blue Jays

There’s a raucous screaming outside in the car park. It’s the Blue Jays again. They call to each other all the time. I see one disappear into a tree and follow it:

There’s a fledgeling Blue Jay in there:

The parents are bringing it food and calling to it to make sure it’s safe and they know where it is. Here’s one of the parents in front of a BMW’s alloy wheels:

It’s perfectly colour co-ordinated.
