Hound Tor sunset

I love Hound Tor on Dartmoor. I’m walking to the top from the car park. It’s not far:

At the top I can see the rocks are full of character:

I turn round and can see the colours of the sky as the sun sets:

There’s nobody else around to witness it. Everyone else is at home; I’m glad I’m not.

This is what it feels like to be alive.
