My eyes popped out on stalks

My eyes metaphorically popped out on stalks when I saw this Hermit Crab in a Westray rock pool.

There are well over 1,000 species of Hermit Crab in the world; that’s a lifetime’s work on its own. I think I may have missed my calling.
