Woodlice Portal
I remember Hugh Fearnley-Whittinstall making a woodlice omelette. Tasted like shrimps he reckoned. Tomorrow’s lunch sorted?

  I think it’s best if you starve woodlice for 24 hours beforehand so they empty themselves first. I remember a few recipes for woodlice from the classic book ‘Why Not Eat Insects?’ – although they’re actually crustaceans!
