North Ronaldsay

The island of North Ronaldsay is famous for its sheep who live on seaweed and are kept off the fields by dry stone walls. It also has the tallest land-based lighthouse in the UK. I wish I could visit it. It’s #1 of 1 things to do on North Ronaldsay on TripAdvisor.

I can see the lighthouse flashing from my bedroom at Einar but today was the first time I’ve ever seen it for real.
