Westray Connections 2015 – The Graand Owld Byre

One of the great success stories of 2015 in Westray has been the development of The Graand Owld Byre. Michael and Teenie Harcus have put so much talent into the building and Tuesday evenings have been electric with their performances and their guest musicians.

First it’s time for Gnoss with Graham Rorie on Fiddle and Mandolin and Aidan Moodie on Guitar and Vocals. They make a mighty fine sound. Then my heart soars as James and Maggie Nicholson perform. Please check out their three-track CD Sib. It’s a classic. Finally we have Genuine Draft with the irrepressible Graham Low on fiddle.
