Half a pound of biscuit – that’s the way the money goes.
WFM Brown makes bread and cakes and biscuits on Westray and then distributes them throughout Orkney. William Frederick Mackinson Brown started a bakery on Westray in 1870. I think he’d be amazed if he knew a fourth generation of bakers was still on Westray using his name to bake.
Now how am I going to dunk that?!
